Our furnace was still unreliable after a repair by another service so we decided to try Stokes Mechanical. Jordan came out in no time and fully assessed our furnace. After discussing various options including repairing our old furnace or installing an updated furnace, we chose the later. Jordan was great! My furnace went out and I had a hard time finding someone who would drive out to where I live. The first company I called had me waiting two weeks and still didn’t order a new unit. Jordan was out within a couple days to replace the unit and gave me a much better quote than other places and a sense of urgency! I highly recommend!

Jordan at Stokes Mechanical was able to get my fireplace up and running immediately. He was at my house within the hour and had parts ordered and installed the day they arrived, just in time to have the house warm for the holidays.
